The website www.bienvestido.es announces the sale of dresses by Sedomir Rodríguez de la Sierra, Amarca, Marco & María and Juan Carlos Armas without their authorization, at low prices and in strange circumstances. The economic vice president, Efraín Medina, describes as “abuse” the situation in which the designers have been involved, and claims that it plays with his name and professionalism
Tenerife – 06/27/2017. The Council denounces an alleged scam that would be produced on a website (www.bienvestido.es), which advertises the sale of wedding dresses of four designers belonging to the program Tenerife Moda, without them being aware of it nor have they authorized their marketing under any circumstances. In this sense, the economic vice president announces that “the legal services of the Insular Craft Company are already gathering all the documentation to present the corresponding complaint to the Spanish Federation of Confection Companies (Fedecon) to try to reach the final consequences” .
Efraín Medina reports that “it was yesterday when I was aware of this situation, in which it is against our designers and their work. In particular, this page offers the possibility to purchase wedding dresses or party of Sedomir Rodríguez de la Sierra, Juan Carlos Armas, Amarca and Marco & María. The images that appear in the same are taken from the latest edition of Sewing Spain, as well as the Barcelona Bridal Week, in which these four signatures participated, with a resounding success, by the way, but have not authorized to be used to promote the sale of their creations”.
