La 2 de TVE emite cinco especiales de la Feria Internacional de la Moda de Tenerife #FeriaModaTFE

The RTVE 2 in the Canary Islands is to broadcast a space of five programs of the International Fashion Fair of Tenerife 2018, with the shows of the designers participating in this great event of the sector, which took place in the Tenerife Fairgrounds from 12 to 15 of April. These specials will be broadcast from April 23 to 27, starting at 6:00 p.m. #Feriamodatfe

This coming Saturday, [April 21] from 12.30, the Radio Televisión Canarias broadcasts the final of the X Young Fashion Designers Competition Tenerife Moda. In addition, you can also see the Floral Art show of Tenerife, Carlos Curberlo and the world premiere presentation of the Fall / Winter Collection 2018-19 by the Portuguese designer João Rôlo, master of haute couture in the country. #FeriaModaTFE

In this edition, six finalists, previously chosen from a total of 61 new creators from different parts of the world, participated in the contest organized by the Cabildo. Leonardo Mena came in second place with his proposal Naughty Gaysha and Esteban Ecker with Avant-Garde, he won the jury prize for the most commercial collection.

The finishing touch was put by the Portuguese designer Joao Rolo, who received the title of Illustrious Visitor of the Island, and presented his Czarina collection in the world premiere, which will now travel to the Arab Emirates. During the event, the work developed by the Tenerife designer Juan Carlos Armas, who celebrates 30 years of work in the sector, was also recognized. The act began with an original proposal by the floral creator Carlos Curbelo.
