On April 12, Paco Naya became the winner of the last edition of the Tenerife Young Designers contest, held at the Fairgrounds, within the framework of the Fashion Fair organized by the Cabildo. Just a month later, today, Thursday the 14th, the designer from Tenerife presented the Ballen / ISH collection in Madrid with which he won the prize.
The socioeconomic vice-president, Efraín Medina, who wanted to accompany Paco Naya in the beginning of the first steps of his career outside the island, was enthusiastic because, “once again – he explains – the Cabildo has served as an impulse for our young people find the path that leads them to fulfill their dreams. ”

Most of the participants who have reached the final of the Competition of Young Designers of Tenerife in previous editions are already working in the textile sector or in entrepreneurial projects related to fashion, explains the vice president.
The presence of Paco Naya in Madrid has been made possible thanks to Piazza, a communication agency specialized in fashion, beauty, gastronomy and lifestyle sectors that, after the celebration of the competition, offered the designer to promote and disseminate, during this year, his work outside the Island. The objective, according to the company’s managers, is “to help Paco Naya to take a leap and consolidate his prize of the contest with a creative and personalized communication service to achieve the maximum media projection and create brand value ”
