The brands Héctor Cubas, Bibabu, Oh Soleil, Dos Lunas and Javilar showed their proposals for spring-summer
Tenerife – 18.05.2015. Saturday [18th], the catwalk of the III Tenerife Fashion Conference, organized by the City Council held at the Showgrounds until Sunday 19, starts with five brands of Children’s Fashion, these firms belonging to the collective Tenerife Moda. Similarly, from 17:00 will be the turn of women and beachwear, and from 20.00 Mens.
Notably, more than fifty companies from the Support Textile Sector Program participate in this conference. It’s an important catwalk to parade major brands attached to Tenerife Moda collective as well as those who have been part of the Emprendemoda program.
Héctor Cubas collection, ‘Kids’ showed swimwear in bright and solid colors like blue, red, green, orange and purple lycra fabrics. The designer brought to the catwalk five different lines with matching tulle complements. Very elegant clothes in color and pattern for the delight of the audience.
The Bibabu proposal for this spring and summer featured comfortable and lightweight garments sprinkled with details that marked the difference. Children paraded with swimwear and accessories aimed at the youngest of the house. Glittered floral prints, polka dots, stripes and checks in bright colours like orange, yellow, aqua, blue, coral, white and other natural tones.
True to its classic style, but with touches of trend in the colours, accessories and prints, OhSoleil winked at the sensations showing designs in which predominated flowers, though smooth and geometric motifs adorned the girl’s garments. He paid great attention to details such as embroidery with metallic threads strips, twisted cotton thread, beads or embroidered designs in silk. Similarly, they hit their first teen spring-summer collection, consisting of embroidered tops, long crepe dresses, mini shorts and pointy layers instead of the typical summer sweater or jacket. So did swimwear collection with swimsuits, bikinis, trikinis and retro culetines with naif air.
Lunas de Verano (Summer Moon) is the name of the proposal of Dos lunas for this summer season, where pastel colors dressed young models with classic looks with sailors prints like the ‘toilet of joux’. The sand, blue, gray and orange tones were the protagonists of this collection.
Javilar delighted with ‘Sublime’, evoking a childhood esence. Again, surprising with costumes for special ceremonies, baptism or communion, with versatile garments. The colour palette was varied, from off-white, ivory and champagne for Baptism and Communion until the light pastels for Arras.
It’s worth mentioning that along these III Professional Days of Fashion, between 17 and 19 April, presented fifty firms of the Support Textile Sector Program and showed major brands of the Tenerife Moda program as well as those companies that have been part of Emprendemoda program, announcing their new collections and marketing.
