M & M returns to surprise with its new collection and Amarca attends this event for the first time in search of new markets
Tenerife– 04/24/2018. The Cabildo continues with its economic policy which, in the case of the textile and fashion sector, is focused on opening new commercialization routes for companies with the clear objective of generating employment and economic development. The Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week is presented as an opportunity and therefore two firms of Tenerife Moda del Cabildo have attended this event that is held until next Sunday.
The designers Marco Marrero and María Díaz, Marco & María, showed on Thursday 26 their new collection 2019, inspired by the end of summer and the romanticism of poetic stories. Once again, the designers of Tenerife surprised and captivated all the attendees of this catwalk which, in its 28th edition, has 27 shows of outstanding signatures.
The firm is immersed in a process of expanding its commercial network, which began in 2014 with the opening of its first point of sale in Santa Cruz. In 2018 its collections are already available in more than 30 specialized points of sale all over the world, from Portugal to New Zealand, passing through Italy, Germany or China, among others. The participation of Tenerife designers in the parade yesterday had great repercussion in the international media and until the 29th they will be marketing in the fair exhibition area, the so-called Professional Trade Fair.
Amarca makes its way
The firm of Tenerife Moda, Amarca, is also present at the Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week. It comes to the Professional Trade Fair for the first time with the purpose of marketing its 2019 collection, Trópico, both for women and children. Efraín Medina recalls that “the Cabildo is the launch pad for companies to find the path that leads them to create business, development and, therefore, employment.”
