Tenerife – 15/02/2019. The firm Javilar Fashion, belonging to the textile program Tenerife Moda from the Cabildo (Council), has moved to New York (United States) to present the proposals of its children’s line, Javilar Kids. For this, the Tenerife company has participated since February 6 until today in the showroom organized by the international agency The Fashion Factory, of which Javilar is part. The objective of attending this event is to position the children’s fashion brand in the American market and to publicize the Fall-Winter 2019/2020 collection.
The socioeconomic vice-president of the Cabildo, Efraín Medina, highlighted the expansion and international projection that the Tenerife company has achieved, “the result of the enormous effort made in these months”. He also added that the internationalization of the textile sector of the Island is one of the objectives pursued by the Cabildo through the Tenerife Moda and Emprendemoda programs.
The proposal of Javilar Kids is conceived as a very selective collection in terms of design and quality fabrics, directed mainly to specialized boutiques and prestigious department stores in the United States. During these days, the company has established contacts with several clients from Massachusetts, New Jersey and Florida, who could distribute the brand to customers in Florida, Texas, Georgia, California and Puerto Rico.
