The company, as part of the program promoted by the Cabildo, has presented its latest collection at the fair focused on bridal and ceremony.
Tenerife– 26/04/2019. The firm Marco & María, as part of the Tenerife Moda program promoted by the Cabildo, has presented its collection for brides on the catwalk of the Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week, a meeting of recognized international prestige focused on the sector of bridal and ceremony. The appointment, which took place yesterday afternoon, day 25, in Barcelona, was attended by the Cabildo’s socioeconomic vice-president, Efraín Medina, and the director of Tenerife Moda, José Eugenio Sánchez Giusepe. Marco & María was inspired in this proposal by the old dressmakers. The collection for 2020 combines the good workmanship of the hand made and the soulful work put in each garment with nuances of craftsmanship. Embroideries, ruffles, gauze, tulle and bows are harmoniously mixed in each model following soft palettes under jewel shines applied to the fabrics.
A series of dresses full of evocative cuts to configure a luxurious and melancholic collection reminiscent of the sewing of yesteryear. The firm proposes high sensuality dresses, sophisticated, with touches of lingerie and unsuspected volumes and suggestive and lightweight brides where the applications and embroidery inlays illuminate the main fabric. Marco Marrero and María Díaz sign a highly elaborated collection, but without losing that magical air identifying the brand.
