The socio-economic vice-president of the Cabildo, Efraín Medina, meets with the group of companies participating in this fair whose objective is to sell

Tenerife– 07/03/2018. More than a hundred companies will participate in the International Fashion Fair of Tenerife, which will take place from April 12 to 15 at the Fairgrounds of Santa Cruz becoming a new opportunity for the companies that make up the Tenerife Moda del Cabildo collective to position and market their products. This is the main objective of this event and this was explained yesterday [Tuesday 6] by the socioeconomic vice-president, Efraín Medina, in the meeting he had with representatives of the participating companies.

“The Fair is a meeting place for companies to do networking and increase the chances of improving sales of their products, while having the opportunity to get better prices with their suppliers,” said Medina, who recalled that, in previous editions, “our fashion and textile entrepreneurs have been able to contact each other and other interested people who came from abroad and who are committed to do business in this sector. In short, “it is about boosting the work of more than a hundred companies and their contribution to the economic development of the island,” he added.

Also this year there will be guests from other countries, related to the textile sector “that will carry the name of Tenerife, outside our borders and that will market the creativity and talent of the Island,” he said.

The International Fashion Fair will begin on the 12th with the contest of Young Designers that this year celebrates its tenth anniversary and whose six finalists will prepare their collections to opt for the prize.
