The designer will show his new work on July 9 in MFSHOW Men & El Corte Ingles. Efrain Medina said that the council is still working on the economic development of the island and is opting for “our thing”.

Menswear firm Lucas Balboa, attached to Tenerife Moda collective of Cabildo (Council), will participate next July 9th in a new edition MFSHOW Men & El Corte Ingles (Madrid Fashion Show Men), which will present the new collection Spring-Summer 2016 in a catwalk presentation that will take place at 17:00 hours at the NH Collection Eurobuilding (Paseo de la Castellana), Madrid.
The Vice-president of Economic and Development affais, Efrain Medina, said today that the joining of the Designs of Lucas Balboa to this nationally known gateway is “export to domestic and international business projects”. The designer will not go alone to this meeting because as he will be accompanied by five canary brands (Abraham Zambrana, dVBisutería, Il Ciclamino, Javier Aguilar and Locaplaya), to complement his outfits with shoes and accessories such as handbags, cufflinks, bracelets, brooches, handbags, and a line of bath, brought for the occasion.
Efrain Medina emphasized the importance of working together in the same direction and told Lucas Balboa: “If you do well it will do well for us too.” The counsellor insisted that his priority and the Cabildo’s is the economic development of the island and said it will further enhance the work and encourage more than 280 companies. “We have to strive for excellence and competitiveness, achieving respect by our product as we already do. Betting for what’s ours”, he added.
